Michelle K. Berman, M.S., R.D. is a practitioner of pediatric and adult clinical nutrition. Her areas of practice are:
Trained at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, I have been a practicing clinical nutritionist for over 23 years, helping children and their families adjust their eating habits and relationship with food.
In my practice, I advocate health above everything else, and teach clients about foods that enhance rather than deplete one’s health and well-being. Through my extensive professional training and personal journey through my own health issues, I understand “firsthand” the effects food can have on our bodies.
In my private practice, I educate and counsel families on the importance of nutritional practices as they relate to the family and how food choices we make each day impact our health in a positive or negative way. Nutritional healing is one of the most vital components to living a harmonious and balanced life, and I believe that what we put into our bodies is what our bodies become. Through supermarket tours, individual counseling, cooking classes, seminars and support/education groups, I try and convey this information to all of my clients.
Helping children, teens and adults adjust their eating habits, behaviors & relationship with food in order to optimize health & well-being is the primary objective of my nutritional goals for all of my clients.
